At Britishbutterflies.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged items only. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at Return@Britishbutterflies.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
